Cookd masalas for eggs
Method
Wash and soak the rice for 20 minutes.
In a pressure cooker, add the Cookd dindigul biryani paste and saute for 1 minute, or until aromatic. Add the water to the pressure cooker and bring it to a boil. Add the soaked and strained rice, and stir once before putting the lid on. Cook it for 2 whistles on a medium flame. Let the pressure released naturally before opening the lid. Add the seasoning oil and fluff the rice.
To make the egg 65, boil your eggs for 12 minutes. Once cooked and cool enough to handle, peel the eggs and slice in half lengthwise. To make the Madras 65 mix, combine the powder with 50ml of water to make a paste. Add the eggs to this paste and coat thoroughly. Fry the eggs in hot oil for 2 minutes or until crispy.
