    In a mixing bowl add all the ingredients for the chicken 65 and mix thoroughly. Deep fry on a high heat for 3 minutes until crispy and set aside.

    In a wok, pour oil add cashews and dry red chilli, and saute on a moderate flame for 30 seconds or until golden brown. Add ginger, and garlic, and saute for 10 seconds or until aromatic Break in 2 eggs and scramble.

    Add the carrot, cabbage, and onion, and saute for 20 seconds. Add the capsicum and soya sauce and mix it well
