Add the water to the pressure cooker and bring it to a boil Once boiling, add in your soaked and drained rice, and stir once before putting the lid on

Allow the it to cook for 2 whistles on a medium flame. Let the pressure released naturally before opening the lid. Add the seasoning oil and fluff the rice.

To make the Panner 65, combine the powder with 50g of water to make a paste. Add the paneer to this paste and coat thoroughly. Deep fry the Paneer until deeply dark and crispy. Serve the Paneer 65 with the biryani.
