Soak your Soya chunks in hot water for 10 to 15 minutes until doubled in size.

Wash and soak the rice for 20 minutes.

In a pressure cooker, add the cookd dindigul biryani paste and saute for 1 minute, or until aromatic. Add the soya chunks and saute for a minute. Let the paste come to a boil.
Cookd Dindigul Biryani Kit

Add in your soaked and drained rice, and stir for a minute. Add your water to the cooker and stir once before putting the lid on. Allow it to cook for 2 whistles on a medium flame. Let the pressure be released naturally before opening the lid. Add the seasoning oil and fluff the rice. Serve hot and enjoy.
