    Wash the toor dal and rice until the water runs clean. In a pressure cooker, pour oil and add the mustard and fenugreek seeds

    Once the mustard seeds splutter, add all the vegetables and saute for 2-3 minutes on a medium flame.

    Add the Cookd Tamil Nadu Lunch Sambar and mix thoroughly. Add the washed toor dal and rice, and water into a pressure cooker on a low to medium flame for 4 whistles (around 7-8 minutes) and set aside.
