Add 1 sachet of the madras 65 masala to a bowl and add 100 ml water. Add in the cornflour and mix it well till it becomes a paste without any lumps. Add the onion and mix well till it is evenly coated with the masala.

Heat oil in a kadai and fry the Onion for 5 minutes till it becomes crispy and is cooked throughout. Finally, fry a sprig of curry leaves. Drain off the excess oil and sprinkle chaat masala, serve it hot with lemon.
