    Heat oil in a kadai, add curry leaves and let it crackle. Add the chopped onions and saute till it turns translucent. Add the chicken and mix for a minute. Add the Cookd Madurai Chukka Masala and mix it with the chicken for 2 minutes. Add water, bring it to a boil. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Open the pot, add coriander leaves, give it a good mix and keep it aside.

    Heat up the parottas on a tawa, beat it and shred it with your hands

    In the same tawa, add oil, curry leaves, onions and saute for a minute. Add the tomato and cook for 2 minutes. Add eggs and scramble it well. Add the parotta, chicken pieces and the gravy. Start mincing it with a flat ladle/tumbler. Add come of the chukka gravy keep mincing (kothifying) it till all ingredients combine evenly. Serve it hot with salna and raita.
