Heat oil in a kadai, add curry leaves and let it crackle. Add the chopped onions and saute till it turns translucent. Add the chicken and mix for a minute.

Add the Cookd Madurai Chukka Masala and mix it with the chicken for 2 minutes. Add water, bring it to a boil. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Open the pot, add coriander leaves, give it a good mix and keep it aside.

Heat up the parottas on a tawa and keep it aside. Heat up a banana leaf and place it on a table. Place a parotta on it and layer it with the chicken chukka and repeat the process one more time and top it off with a parotta. Wrap the leaf tightly and tie it with a rope. Heat up a tawa, add oil and place the wrapped banana leaf parcel on it and cook it on a medium flame. Add water to create steam and cook it well. Flip it and cook it for a few more minutes and take it off the flame. Open the leaf and serve it hot.
