    In another pan, prepare the tempering. Add the cooked white rice and salt to the pan, then mix well.

    In a cooker, add oil, mustard seeds, urad dal, and fennel seeds. Let them splutter. Add the onion and sauté for 2 minutes. Then add the peeled potatoes and soaked soya chunks.
